Dirt aired on the FX Network for two seasons starting in January, 2007. It follows the drama that unfolds around Lucy Spiller (Courteney Cox), the editor-in-chief of the "glossy tabloid" magazine DirtNow. The series takes on the 'celebrity' life from the paparazzi's perspective and has many plot lines that sound quite familiar to some found in real magazines.

Lucy is portrayed as a cold, always gets what she wants character. There is manipulation, blackmail, sex, violence and lots more to make this a very interesting 'soapy' ride. The characters are quite interesting and it's great to see what the writers do with them. Lucy's photographer/friend, Don Konkey, suffers from schizophrenia which makes for some interesting scenes when he's off the medication.

If you are a fan of adult soaps, filled with lots of dark turns...this is a great series for you to pick up.
